"I see coaching as walking the journey with you.
You set the direction, and the goal.
I provide a safe space, listen as you share,
and ask the questions that will help you see
what is there before you in the journey,
or open your eyes to what you did not see before.
The goal is set by you, and coaching helps
you move from where you are
to where you want to be by utilizing
your own knowledge and resources to get there.
You are the expert on you. Your heart knows what it needs.

Coaching can help one discern a decision that needs to be made,
or aid one in their struggle with an issue or a challenge,
or assist one as they move through their grief or pain.
It provides an opportunity for one to work
through their present concern whatever it may be.
 
Coaching for members of St. James is free. 
If you are a non-member and are interested,
​Pastor Werner will provide the initial session for free.
The fee after that will be up to $50/hour based on sliding scale
according to your financial situation.
​Bartering for service is also available.

Pastor Werner is a certified Level Two coach.
She is trained as an End of Life and Life Coach
and is in process of being certified.
